AIR DRYERS
    Adsorption: DA

The DA dryer allows dynamic optimisation of regeneration and drying times according to three parameters: (air flow, air input temperature and operating pressure) in order to limit the consumption of regeneration air.

What is adsorption?

A phenomenon whereby solids or solutions retain on their surface molecules, ions in liquid or gas form.

Air dryers that operate
by DA adsorption

The DA range covers flows from 25 to 2900 m3/hr, for a maximum pressure of 10 bars.
This range allows negative dew points of -40°C under pressure and -70°C on demand to be reached.
Electricity consumption is lower than 1 kW. The functioning of the DA dryer is based on the physical principle of adsorption, making the device independent.

It can be installed outside thanks to the IP55 box and pre-assembled solenoid valve connectors.

For higher pressures, please consult us.

Control Box:
- electromechanical: allows the dryer to operate in some aggressive environments
- electronic: with a microprocessor to optimise regeneration and drying cycles according to the flow, pressure and compressed air input temperature
- pneumatic: used for areas which are explosive or do not have any electricity

Activated alumina or molecular sieve which allows dew points up to -70°C.
The activated alumina WHA 102, manufactured by our factory, is high density X-P activated alumina and has many capillary porosities.
